Furnished double room central but quiet

It's a great room with high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. Bed has a memory foam topper on it and is very comfortable. I've been helping out a friend up until now so looking for someone else to take the room when he moves out.

Most housemates have some furniture they move in so I tend to shift things out based on what they have. There's storage for bikes and surfboards / sups outside too. NOTE: The bathroom is next to the room, not an ensuite.

The flat is a 2 floor maisonette and the bedroom is on the lower floor with the second bedroom upstairs with a second toilet and kitchen. There's outdoor space for bbq's and plants if you are green fingered like me.

I'm working in France at the moment but will be back on the 11th of April to meet and show people round. There's a high chance I'll get a cat later this year incase you have allergies.

In terms of housemate I'm looking for someone chilled and trustworthy because I'm going to be digital nomading working in other countries sometimes.
