Double bedroom to rent in Central Location

We are looking for a kind, clean, open-minded, and fun lodger to join us from February or March. A double bedroom is available on the ground floor with storage/large wardrobe, bed (no mattress currently), and a desk, and with a garden view. Opposite the bedroom is a toilet and shower (no one else uses this shower currently, so it's like an en suite!).

You'd be living with me, a newly qualified GP (who recently bought the property after being a tenant for a number of years) and my boyfriend, a sports massage therapist who moved in last year. We both have quite busy lifestyles working and socialising! We like going out to events, being in nature, and travelling, but also socialising at home: sharing the odd meal or glass of wine, playing a board game, or watching a movie on the projector.

There is a large shared lounge (with projector, instruments, and board games) and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer), and a top-floor bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a garage: we normally rent this out, but if you need it, we could discuss this.

Dogs or cats encouraged! We occasionally look after a friendly husky who gets on well with other dogs.

The property is one minute from the popular West Pier/beach/i360 and four minutes from Churchill Square shopping centre and Preston Street, etc. 15 mins max to the station: all in all, a brilliant location! £625, including bills, Wi-Fi.
