It’s a smaller room - big enough for a double bed and the closet in the hallway is yours for a wardrobe. I pay for the internet bill & tv licence. The bathroom has a bath/ shower. The living space is quite large with plenty of storage space.
It is mostly furnished. I spend a lot of time in my room chilling out but also love to share a bottle of wine and listen to music and watch films.
