If you’re not familiar with Brighton, it is a delightful south coast resort with grade 1 listed architecture and easy access to Gatwick, just 22 miles away and London is under one hour by train. Major employment centres are close by too, like hospitals and the university.

The property is as good as its location too. The rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable. All bills are included as well as high speed broadband. It’s been renovated to an exceptional standard with neutral decor and plenty of natural light in bedrooms and living areas. There is a contemporary fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge freezer and breakfast table with chairs. There is also a shared work space and living area overlooking the rear communal garden. The property is cleaned professionally too once a fortnight.
