If moving in between mid-May and 5th June you can have the room rent free until 6th June (when rent is due). The room is £476 pm (£110pw) and bills are about £25. It's spacious with great light. It has double glazed windows and comes with wardrobe, desk, bed, sink and mirror. It's part of a 6 bed flat, all students, with a large living/kitchen space with dishwasher, plus a bathroom and shower room. 10 mins from London road and Queens park in the other direction, 20 to Brighton centre and busses go from just outside the door to Sussex uni.
