We are 1.2 mile walk from Brighton station, Preston Park 0.8 miles and Hove Station is 0.7 miles. There is an excellent bus service also with easy access to Brighton main line station and the city.
Excellent internet with BT super fast fibre. The bedroom is furnished with a recently new double bed & mattress, desk and chair, bedside cabinet and use of one double fitted wardrobe. The shower room is directly opposite the bedroom and for the most this will only be used by you. Use of kitchen that includes seating area (island and stools) for meals.
We are a professional couple and we have three children aged 23, 20 and 13, two children have left home, one at University and the other working away. Our 14 year-old son lives with his Mum in Hove and stays alternate weekends. We enjoy a clean, tidy home. We are seeking either a student or professional person with similar standards and a friendly disposition that will fit in with our family and that is comfortable with their own space.
We don't mind a smoker BUT smoking is outside 😄.
