This is a 3-bed house share and you will be sharing with Jon (34), Em (32) and Spider (cat, 6 and a bit). Jon is self-employed and works from home most days and Em is a part-time PhD student at UCL.
Jon is into festivals and travelling, bouldering, food, gigs and free parties, indie movies. Em likes cats, roller derby, festivals, weird movies, synthwave, and adding LEDs to things. Spider is scared of seagulls but is a big fan of dreamies and belly rubs
The room is a large double, 5.1m x 3.7m. House is central (a 15 min walk from Brighton station) and has a shared kitchen and a huge shared living/dining space includes ceiling mounted projector, turntable, dining/pool table, leather sofa and reclining armchairs ).
Shared bills (broadband, gas, electricity, water and council tax) expected to come to about £90/month each. No agency fees.
