Looking for chilled, tidy housemates for my spacious, bright, new build in private gated mews. There is a great sunny outside area, very large living room and kitchen with all mod cons.
Must be seen to be believed, excellent value for money for trendy 7 dials area, possibly the best place in brighton to live. Less than a 10 min walk to Brighton Station and 1 min from local shops, cafe and park.
I'm very environmentally conscious and would like housemates that recycle, save electricity etc. Can pay rent on time and chip in with household chores etc. I handle of all the bills and also have a lovely, friendly little dog too.
Its 650 for a single person and 750 for a couple plus bills.
