Hello there, my name is Dean, I am currently looking to find a lodger as my current flat mate is moving in with his partner.

It's a lovely friendly and welcoming flat... quite bright, recently painted throughout and has the perks of a lovely back garden.

The flat is located just of Elm Grove; it's is about 7 min walk to the Level, approx a 15 minute walk to Brighton station.

Hospital wise: 2 minute walk to the Brighton General and about 15 min walk to Brighton Royal.

About me: I am a teacher who works at a local secondary school in Brighton. Which means, I'm up early and out the door quite early during the week. Early nights are also top of the agenda. I'm quite into my fitness. At the weekend's I enjoy going out, seeing friends, the usual.

It's not a party flat by any means but occasional to the odd tipple of wine and an blast of Alexa every now and then.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who is quite tidy, respectful of personal space, independent and generally quite happy go lucky.

Not suitable for couples or for pets as stated in the advert.

It is currently fully furnished, but this could be negotiated. Move in date could also flexible for the right person.

No agency fees, as private landlord, who is excellent and very responsive if needed.

I’m a non smoker, smoking isn’t an issue, provided it happens outside.

All bills included except gas/ electricity, which is pretty low as it's cosy flat and I'm usually out!
