Our house is extremely clean with decent furniture, good housemates and reliable and professional landlords.

The house is in New England Street and is literally 3 minutes walk to the mainline station. 20m from a large Sainsburys, and coffee shops. The North Laines are five-ten minutes walk.

This is a spacious room with double bed with a good mattress, a double wardrobe, five drawers chest, bedside table.

Every bedroom has access to fibre-optic broadband.

Wi-Fi, Council Tax and all utilities are included.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: It's a four storey building with two bedrooms on the second floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and a large lounge/diner and separate kitchen on the ground floor. The top floor is a shared space with a large roof terrace.

The house is in good condition and clean and has the services of a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

The kitchen is shared but has two fridge freezers and all other necessary equipment and utensils.

The house also has a pleasant patio garden and roof terrace.
