Short let - Central Brighton Attic room ensuite

Lower rental in exchange for taking care of our friendly tabby cat, as well as watering our house plants whilst we are away.
Our preference is for a woman of 25 plus who is working and who can provide us with a reference

Attic room with your own separate dressing room and en suite shower/toilet below on 1st floor, sharing rest of the house with our permanent lodger whilst we are away for 2 months

10 minute walk to seafront, and close to Queens park, easy walking distance also to North laines, shops and central Brighton, and to railway station with fast links to London
