I am looking for a new tenant for my spare room, the room is currently unoccupied and is available immediately.
The property is split into three floors. The first is the entrance, utility room, a bedroom with en suite and a garden. The second holds the shared spaces of the lounge (with balcony) adjacent to a kitchen diner and the third holds two double rooms both with separate en suites. (One of the doubles is this room advertised)
The room is big and bright with its own bathroom with a newly renovated shower/bath.
Bills are included as well as wifi and tv licence. We have virgin Media fibre + TV + Netflix
You would be living with two others. One of which is me, a 26 year old tree surgeon. The house is laid back and not a party house. If this sounds like it would suit you please get in touch!
