Room available in 3 bed Flat, temporary stay

Hello everyone!

One of my flatmates, unfortunately, had to drop out of the apartment this year, due to unforeseen circumstances. We (2 final year one male one female students) are looking for a final person to take their place. We are looking for anyone (preferably students) to stay in this recently refurbished apartment until the 12th Spetember 2021

The flat is based on the hill on Bear road, close to Sainsbury's and close to the racecourse. It has been recently refurbished, contains a moderately sized kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils. a good sized bathroom with a bath, and quaint living space.

We are looking for a suitable replacement, professional or student. We do allow small pets on the property, and we do allow smoking as long as it's done in the garden.

We are both Psychology students, we mostly keep to ourselves, but we love to have long-form discussions, go on runs around the nearby parks, and occasionally share a drink and a movie. If you're interested or have any questions, send a message and I will reply asap!
