Hi, my partner and I are private landlords looking to rent (for just 1 month, though possible longer (on a week by week basis) our lovely spacious 1 bedroom ground floor, patio flat in Hanover. The flat is available from this Saturday and we are happy to rent it out up until mid-May.

This well-appointed flat would suit a professional couple in between houses or on work placement, or mature grad students. No agency fees no credit checks. Rent to be paid in advance. £1275 PCM and then if extended £325 in advance per week after. Plus a £325 security deposit. All communication is direct with two friendly, caring on the ball landlords.

Our fully furnished, light and spacious flat has a well-equipped kitchen, generous sized living room with two sofas (including sofa bed), dining table/chairs. The huge double bedroom comes with a double bed plus loads of wardrobe and cupboard storage. You provide your own linen.

The rent is fully inclusive of bills; council tax, water, gas/electric. (Not wiifii). The flat also has the added benefit of a shared off-road parking space (on a first come first served basis) and its own separate entrance.
The fab location in Hanover is within easy walking distance to The Level and Brighton centre, a 25 min stroll to the beach. Great access for transport links for Brighton University and Royal Sussex County Hospital. The vibrant cafes, pubs, bars and shops of Lewes Road are right on your doorstep as well.

Please note that the flat is currently just been sold hence our need for a short month let. We are just waiting on solicitors to do their thing so it could stretch out longer than a month.
