We have two single rooms in a family home, for rent. We are looking for 2 single people, or possibly a couple. Preferably people between the ages of 40 and 60. This could be a short-term situation, but could also be through-out the winter and spring. So we would consider a month to month situation. I have a current room-mate who is moving on come the end of November. So I would only consider having 3 people (total) in the house.
I would also consider, if someone is working away from home a lot, and only needed the room on certain days, then this could be a possibility, regards for just the weekend or a certain number of days per week. So this could be discussed, and something could be arranged.
The house looks over the sea, and we also have a large garden and greenhouse...
The rent for each room is four-fifty per month with bills included. With obviously a deposit.
The rooms are furnished but very minimal...there is a large bathroom with very good shower.. Outside of both rooms is a long balcony for you to share, with beautiful views...
