Self contained basement flat (own street entrance) right in the centre of Brighton. Two rooms kitchen and bathroom. Small outside space. Gas central heating. Current occupant of eight years will move out on the 30th of September whereupon we intend to paint the whole flat and fix anything that needs to be fixed. This could take a few days so flat available possibly on the 4th (approximately). In a quiet central square the flat is only 100 yards from the Churchill Square shopping centre, only 100 yards from the beach and only 100 yards from Western Road with it many amenities and buses. This is a basic flat with white walls, a cord carpet and a few ítems of essential furniture but it can be made to look very nice. Sorry could not get any photos.
