Double-bedroom in Elm Grove (Students)

Hi!

We are 2 female students (aged 22 and 23, currently in third year) looking for a female third housemate to join us until July 30th 2021. Rent is payed on the 30th of each month until 30th of June 2021 (Move out date = 30th July). Looking for someone ASAP. You will need a UK guarantor.

The property is a terraced house located north-east of the Brighton city centre. The room available is located at the front of the house and is medium sized. It’s unfurnished and there is plenty of room for a double bed, desk, etc. (excludes any furniture pictured in the room). The front door has steps leading up to it and the room is located on the ground floor. The house has a spacious kitchen and bathroom for three residents.

Travelling to and from the universities: you can catch the 23 bus at any of the stops along Elm Grove. You can also get the 25 and 25X buses which are located 10 minutes away. It is also only a 20 min walk to Brighton Station.

Rent is 520pppm (excluding bills). With bills included (broadband, water, gas, electricity) its roughly £585 per month.

The household includes a person of moderate-risk to COVID-19 and would be really appreciative of someone who is considerate of the current circumstances regarding health and safety guidelines.
