This is a great, quiet location at Preston Park, 2 miles from the seafront near the 5, 5a and 5b bus routes. It is also a 10-15min walk to Preston Park station and a 15-20min walk to Brighton station.
The room itself is quite small, unfurnished apart from a wall shelving unit.
My current flatmate has a single bed, though the previous one had a king size bed, but with little else!
It is a shared flat with a big lounge and dining table in the bay window, along with Virgin TV and fast broadband.
A newly fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing m/c, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob.
There is also a newly fitted bathroom with separate shower cubicle and small sunken bath.
It is one of 7 flats in a converted Victorian (high-ceiling) house. There is on-street permit parking or free street parking in nearby roads.
As well as the park opposite, there is a quiet, communal garden at the rear.
It is a 2-bed flat share with me, the owner. I lead a quiet life, love being a part of St Peters Church. Up for sharing a meal or the odd drink.
I work late a couple of nights per week, so you would have the place to yourself then. With that in mind, I am looking for a responsible person.
It would suit a clean, mature professional and I am looking for a short term let up to December 14.
The £565 includes all bills. Plus a £200 deposit will be required.
