Vegan Double room to let

We are 3 vegan girls aged between 24-33 looking for a 4th vegan house mate or someone whom is happy to eat solely vegan inside the house. (Eat what you want outside the house)
We are social introverts so enjoy a house night together watching films and cooking for one another but also appreciate our alone time. We aren't a party household but do enjoy hosting food for friends occasionally however, we always notify one another in advance and are fully respectful of noise!
we enjoy going to gigs, the occasional night out and travelling.
We are alternative girls and LGBTQ+ friendly.
We have a double bedroom going spare as one of our house mates is leaving.
The bedroom is situated on the ground floor and there are two shared bathrooms, a good sized kitchen with open plan living room and a patio area which we enjoy having bbqs in.

We want someone to fit in with our dynamic, Must be able to stick to a house cleaning rota! Mature, no house parties, and mesh well with us :)
We would desperately love an animal but sadly our landlady doesnt permit them :(

Rent is 440pcm including council tax.
Deposit is £880.
Bills on top are £65-£70 per month.
