Double room in newly refurbished flat

Hi, we are looking for someone to move into our newly refurbished flat. We will be in Portugal for a while from November so you will pretty much have the place to yourself. The flat is a two bedroom so we would like to keep the smaller room for ourselves for when/if it's possible to come back for the odd weekend but this depends on quarantine rules changing.

We are looking for someone who is fairly clean and tidy and who will respect our home and look after it while we are away. We would prefer a single person however we are open to couples if they are the right match. For a couple, to cover the additional cost of bills the rent would be £1000pcm.

The double room is bright and airy with a king sized bed with pocket sprung memory foam mattress, built in cupboards and a large chest of drawers.

The lounge has an L-shaped sofa which also pulls out as a sofa bed, 42" TV and a dining area with table and chairs.

The kitchen has a gas hob with fan oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and it has access to the fire escape.

We are still finishing off renovations in the bathroom so there are currently no photos to show however there will be a modern shower, separate bath, sink unit and toilet once it's completed.

The flat is located in a great spot just 2 minutes walk from the seafront, 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of town and 15-20 minutes to Brighton Station.
