Hi there!

I have a lovely large maisonette flat split over multiple levels and am currently looking for a new housemate for the large ground floor Ensuite Room

First Floor Room: A private ensuite with waterfall shower, double bed and large sash window with lots of natural light outlooking to rear garden. Large Mirrored sliding wardrobe with shelving units and two rails for clothing.

Large shared Bathroom on second floor // Spacious drench shower, massive bath and plenty of house plants.

Kitchen Diner // Central cooker island, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and large dining table.

Shared lounge // Large L shaped sofa, shared use of Smart TV, PS4, Netflix/Prime and board games!

Roof Terrace // Massive private roof garden with outdoor bar area (Work in progress!) Large dining table, sun loungers, and comfy seating area with more plants again!

Large entrance hall with shoe and coat storage and various other storage throughout the house if you need it!

As a housemate I enjoy socialising, a good drink and good vegan food. Enjoy film nights, board games and chilling out with a beer but equally happy in my own space so I'm not always around! I work from home so like to keep the place clean and tidy up after myself as I go.

I also come paired up with my dog/son Buddy a small terrier who enjoys cuddles, food and barking at seagulls who i co-parent so he won't always be here.
