I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy until the end of June (but you can stay longer) because my work location has changed. I've paid £100 of the rent until June. I love living here and would stay if I could. It's in a great location with good transport links, plus friendly neighbours and housemates.
The room comes with a private bathroom on the floor below and although the bed looks single in the picture it is a double bed. My favourite part of the room is storage space under the bed and the double window doors are amazing in summer!
There is also a great kitchen with a balcony and dishwasher and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
