Lovely double room to rent in a peaceful two bed flat in the 7 dials area.
Available to move in from mid Feb to early March.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and love it here. Seven Dials is a great area with nice cafes, pubs and is 10 mins from the beach, train station and central Brighton. Lots of nice parks and green spaces close by too!

Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is furnished.
Shared open plan living room/kitchen with fridge and freezer, new washing machine, kitchen is stocked with all you need (pots, pans, kettle, toaster, blender), new vacuum cleaner, lots of nice plants, comfy sofa.

I’m a musician and piano tutor. I’m working at home online due to covid but when things get back to normal I’ll have a few students coming over between 4-8pm some weekdays and on Saturday mornings. I have a digital piano though so it’s not loud and I work in my room (so they won’t be in your space at all).

I'm Irish, chilled out, clean and easy going. I'm also really respectful of people’s space. I like hanging out watching movies in the evenings or having a few drinks but also love my own space too. I'd like to keep the living room as a shared, relaxed space where we can both be comfortable and have fun.

I have a quiet rescue dog called feather who sleeps most of the time. He’s nervous of loud noises so he’s not great with big parties, but having a few friends around is all good.
I’d love to share with someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind him hanging out with you from time to time. He doesn't jump up or bark, he's short haired and smells like roses :)
