Hello! Unfortunately I am having to move home, so I’m looking for a flatmate to take my place in our 3 bed flat in central Brighton (5 mins walking distance from the mash tun, right next to NPC parking lot).
Bills are around £40 pppm, and if you’re not a student council tax is £65 pppm. Room can be fully or partly furnished, or completely unfurnished, whatever you prefer! We share a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Contract ends 16th of August 2021, and I would like someone to take over the tenancy until then. Also considering legally subletting the room for less time than that (if so, we can decide on fixed price per week or month accordingly).
Currently I live with two guys: Callum (23) who is a fine art MA student at university of Brighton, and Sam (24) who is an optical assistant at vision express. We work great as a mixed household so flatmates of all genders are welcome! LGBTQ+ friendly flatmates only please☺️.
