LOCATION
This friendly house has an excellent location being in the center of Brighton, close to all services and amenities. It is situated 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to a variety of shops. There are buses stopping nearby every minute. You will love to live near the seafront.
PRICE
The rent is £400, with all utility bills included (our wi-fi is pretty fast). A month deposit is also required.
HOUSE
The flat is equipped with all kitchen appliances (cooker, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc...). The room’s furniture is negotiable.
ABOUT US
We are a male and a female in our 30’s. Despite being professionals, rather busy, we try to catch up regularly. This is not a party house, but we are looking forward to the days when we can go socialising like before. Our interests are travelling, films, books, fitness, cultures, nature, etc…
