Spacious Double room for Rent

We have a large double room for rent for a student. The house is spacious, with two large reception rooms and has a good sized garden. We are close to good bus links to both Brighton and Sussex University, and Brighton centre. I live here with my daughter and we are both mature students. In general the house is quiet (especially at the moment) but we both like to have occasional gatherings with friends, especially in the summer when we can spill into the garden. If you like to go for walks this house is great as you can assess the open countryside very quickly from here.
We have three cats so an additional pet would have to be discussed. I also put non-smoking but actually my daughter smokes but never in the house. I would describe us both as friendly but self contained. It would be great to have someone who wants to share the occasional meal and film but also enjoys their own space.

Currently, as you will see in the photos, the bed needs a new mattress. I didn't want to buy one until I know who is moving in, just in case they want to bring their own. If you are interested please contact us for a video tour and a chat.
