Double room in the heart of Brighton.

We have a small double available in a spacious flat situated in central Brighton. The flat is in an excellent location, just a five minutes walk to the seafront, Churchill Square, 7 Dials and 10 minutes walk to Brighton Station, the lovely St Anne’s park is also just round the corner.

The flat is split over three levels and has a large communal kitchen and living room. We’re great at keeping everything clean and tidy and an enjoyable space to be in. The room will come furnished with an ottoman bed frame (shown in the pictures) and the current tenant is also willing to sell his wardrobe if required.

The current housemates consist of myself and one other couple, we are all young professionals aged between 28 and 31. We’re a sociable bunch, we cook a meal together every week and love a good board game and trashy tv series. Looking for a new flat mate and friend to join us! We think we’d be best suited to someone aged 25-34 but are happy to have a chat with anyone interested!

The room is £460 a month and bills roughly £80 on top of that, with water being paid every four months. The price of the deposit is yet to be confirmed from the letting agents.

There is parking available on the road and roads around the property but would require a zone Z parking permit.
