Double room in a two bed flat in Seven Dials

Hello! I'm Alex, I'm currently living in one of the two double rooms in this two bed flat located in the centre of Seven Dials. I'm looking for a new flat mate, as my friend is moving in with her partner this August.

The property is in an excellent location - 5 minutes from Brighton Station, 2 minutes from Seven Dials - but still tucked away enough that noise isn't a problem. It has a front garden, shared living room and large bedrooms. The available room will require funishing, but there's plenty of space for a desk, wardrobe, bed etc....

I'm ideally looking for another professional who wants somewhere relaxed and calming to live in. I do enjoy socialising, but I don't really want a party animal. It would be lovely to have someone who wants to be a friend, as well as a flat mate - even someone who wants to share cooking. (Veggie is preferrable, but not essential.)

I'm a pretty clean person and I make sure I'm considerate to others, as long as they extend the same kindness in return. Living with me can involve cocktail nights, board games, Netflix viewings and more, if you're into that sort of thing.
