The other is a double room which is available from 8th September 2022 with a minimum term of 12 months. It is located on the ground floor and near the garden side. It is quiet and with plenty of light.
You will share the property with other housemates who are all university students. This property is in an excellent location. Supermarkets and shops are a short walk away with many bus routes into town and to university. The kitchen is with an oven, fridges/freezers, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a beautiful garden office (with underfloor heating) for extra living space. Bills (gas, electricity, Internet, water and TV) and weekly communal cleaning are inclusive.
