Central Double room in friendly houseshare

We are currently one female and one male,

We are both easy going and friendly and work full time. Louis is a freelance 3D artist and game developer and Geneva works in a Flea Market, as a seamstress and sells vintage clothing.

We are looking for someone of a similar age who is relaxed, friendly, respectful and easy to get on with.

The House -

The house is on Surrey Street, which is less than 1 minute from the station and a great location for town and pubs.

There is a shared living room, shared bathroom and kitchen and small courtyard garden. There are three double bedrooms and the bedroom that is available comes unfurnished. It overlooks the garden and is pretty quiet as it is at the back of the house.

Money -

The room is £473 per month

Deposit is £563 (refundable when leaving)

Energy bills are around £24 a month

Water is paid quarterly

Council Tax and Internet is around £56 per person per month

PREFERABLY NO STUDENTS PLEASE (makes life easier with council tax etc).
