Shared space- Living room with dinning area, Kitchen (with washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer and additional small fridge), Bathroom with shower and shelf unit.

Outside - to the front there is small pebble area, low Mantainence. To rear is a decent size garden.

Off street parking : available on permit, for £40per year.

Charlie loves to bake, has her own small clothing business where she upscale clothing, she likes films, art, plants and nights out or nights in.

I love to cook, watch movies, I also enjoy photography, music aswell as art, I'm a little introverted but enjoy a night out and swimming.

Rules: Requirements to maintain the house to a good standard and keep tidy at all times. No smoking in the house, however it is allowed in the garden. Bins have to be regularly cleaned. No rubbish to be left outdoors as Brighton has a issue with seagulls and foxes that could spread the trash.
Bringing a friends occasionally is not an issue but please be respectful of neighbours so no large & noisy parties, not allowed by the landlord's request.

Tenancy requires rent in advance, first month due on 16.08.2021. All shares of rent transferred to managing agents individually 2nd month onwards. Bills to be equally shared, should not be in excess of £25-£30 pppm. cleaning and garden maintenance duties to be shared by all by discussion.

Travel from the house : There is a bus stop diagonally opposite the house. There are lots of shops within walking distance. The city centre is around 30 minutes.
