We have a double bedroom becoming available in our friendly house share in the North Laines! Available 12th Feb, although room for negotiation here. The house is over four floors with shared living room, kitchen and outdoor space (3 bathrooms so you’re never waiting!). Rent is £433 a month and bills tend to come to £80-£100 on top.
The current housemates are a mix of male/female and all get on really well - we’d love to find someone who’s up for hanging out with us every now and then. The house is old and needs a bit of upkeep to stay clean so you’d need to be ok with pitching in on cleaning rotas etc. We’re not a party house but we have people over :) No students for council tax reasons, sorry guys :( Looking forward to hearing from you x
