Double Bedroom Close To Sea

A double bedroom in a nicely decorated flat that has sea views from the kitchen & lounge. Flat has 2 bathrooms shared between 3 people which is really handy. House mates are 2 amazing females who I will be very sad to leave! As a flat we enjoy cooking and socialising together especially down at the beach which is a 2 minute walk away. Bills work out around £30/40 a month and then council tax on top of that (if not a student). There is no parking and you will need to apply for a parking permit if wanting to park on the streets close by, this can take a while so should be something to consider if needing a car.
