Double room in 2 bed flat (all bills inc, garden)

Looking for a professional or mature student to occupy the second room of my newly refurbished two bed flat.

The room is a good sized double, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and lamp.

All bills are included in the rent.

(Access to Netflix and Prime on the TV in the main living area)

The flat is located near Queens park, around 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 15/20 minutes walk from the central station. There is street parking which requires a parking permit (Zone C). There is currently no waiting list for this zone and always plenty of space to park.

Shared facilities include the use of the open plan living space, bathroom (with freestanding bath and seperate shower), dishwasher, clothes washer and clothes dryer, and enclosed garden.

About myself; I work at a Brighton-based digital marketing agency (hybrid), and some coaching on the side. I enjoy a chilled evening most of the week, however, do enjoy socialising too, usually around some sort of exercise or sport! Volleyball and paddleboarding are big ones for the summer!

I am looking for someone who appreciates a chilled living space, and is looking for a home rather than just lodgings. It would be nice to hang out in our free time but also respect each other’s space. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, and would expect you to be the same.

I like to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle, and my space being peaceful and relaxed is a big part of that. I'm looking for someone similar in this respect. So no big party goer's please.

I would prefer someone who is vegetarian/ vegan, however, this is not a deal breaker.
