We’ve got a room becoming available in our 4-bed, 2-bath maisonette on Queens Road in central Brighton, just a few minutes from the station and a short walk from Sainsbury’s, Tesco and the Clock Tower.

There are currently 4 of us living here (ages 27–32) and we’ve all become really good friends after originally meeting through SpareRoom. One of us has lived here six years, another five, and another four, which probably says a lot about how great the flat is and how well the house dynamic works.

Sadly one of our housemates is moving out, so we’re looking for someone chill to join the flat.

We’re hoping to find someone in a similar age range (mid-20s to mid-30s) who’d like a friendly home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Large living room with tv - some of us work from home in the living room so that's something to keep in mind!
A separate kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher!
Washing machine and dryer (located in basement of building)
Two bathrooms - downstairs one has the shower and upstairs has a bath.

The available bedroom comes furnished with a 4ft bed, fitted cupboards/wardrobe and space for a small desk if you work from home.
