Hello, we are a lovely couple looking for a female housemate to rent out the double room from January to early June 2022 we possibility to extend. It's a three bedroom house located in newmarket Road, very closed to big Sainsburys/Aldi/B&Q. Locally pubs. The new person will be sharing with us the dining room, kitchen, patio and bathroom. The house got new floor, painting, kitchen. We also have a cute labrador of 2 years old. So it's important for us to find someone comfortable with dogs 😊.
I'm originally from Peru and my partner is English. It's not a party house.
The price is 630 bills included (water, gas, electricity, TV licence and council tax). The room has a desk, wardrobe.
