Hi there! My current housemate is moving out in late October so I'm looking for someone to take her room.

Large double room available in a good location, 5 min walk to both London road & Preston Park with a bus stop right outside. The room is going to be repainted & have some maintenance done before you move in too.

The flat has high ceilings with a big living room with a huge bay window, and comes equipped with a 60 inch tv! I am also going to be buying all new furniture for the living room before you move in to spruce the place up a bit.

🏳️‍🌈 friendly, I'm looking for someone I can hang out with in the evenings watching tv and share a takeaway when we want to, but who is also happy for us to do both do our own thing. It isn't a party house but I do enjoy a drink & going out at the weekend so would like to live with someone who's also up for a good time! I use the living room to work from home full time mon-fri.
