Double room in friendly Brighton house share!

Great 4-bed house & garden in Coombe Rd area with three young professionals (aged 30, 36 & 40); one working in a secondary school, one as a labourer and the third as a lorry driver. We all get along very well and enjoy hanging out at home. Our hobbies include music, going out, hiking & jiu-jitsu. The house is sociable but in the week needs to be quiet 10pm-7am, and is not a party house on the weekends.

Looking for someone of a roughly similar age and with similar interests who can sign a 6-month contract, with the intention to sign for the following year. If you're not working full-time, you'll probably need a UK-home-owning guarantor (unless you pay for 6/12 months upfront). Rent is £500 each but will be going up to £525 in August, and bills currently work out around £150 including council tax. The house itself is non-smoking and you'll need a renting reference + an employment / university reference. Deposit will be £625.
