We have one double room going in our cosy house in Brighton. We are just down from Seven Dials, have a cute front pateo garden and quite a lot of space.
Current housemates are two women 35-38, and a lovely quiet dog, Lucie.
We have a shared kitchen/ living space, washing machine and dishwasher, shower room, and lots of storage.
The room comes unfurnished but the leaving housemate wants to leave it for a small fee.
