You would be occasionally sharing kitchen/living room with one other person who has their own room and bathroom in an annex in the attic - so very quiet and peaceful and private. The house has a modern kitchen, cosy living room with woodburner and piano. There is a large sunny garden with side entrance and bicycle storage. The room comes fully furnished with linen and towels, work/study desk and good wifi. Walking distance to Brighton Centre, close to park. Bus service outside door. Included in price are all bills and a CLEANER for communal/shared areas. Would suit professional single or couple who are looking for short term accommodation.
