Double room in seven dials

Hey!

There’s a double room to let in my two bed flat, it’s available towards the end of the month and does come fully furnished but I’m happy to move stuff around if needed.

It has a large built in wardrobe and there’s plenty of storage around the flat.
There’s a projector in the front room and WiFi and bills are all included.

I’m a 27 year old healthcare worker and I work 3 long days a week I’m also a freelance PT and sometimes have clients over to train once a week, I have a cat and a dog so it’s a must that you are an animal person ☺️
Prin (cat) is super affectionate, cuddly and loves food!
Gent (dog) he is equally as needy and loves snacks and walks.
Ideally I’d be looking for someone who is up for helping out a bit with him if possible too, I have dog walker when I am at work but would nice for someone to give him some attention whilst I’m out the house.

I’m pretty chilled, I enjoy cooking and chilling out watching tv with a glass of wine or going to the pub, I also play lots of sport and spend plenty of time in the gym.
I am very clean and tidy so would appreciate someone with the same kind of standards 😇
