This furnished large double room is ideal for a young professional. Located in Hanover a 15 min walk to Laines and Brighton station, and a 20 min walk to seafront. This is a really unique industrial style flat with big windows and lots of light and open space in a quiet Grade 2 listed building shared with kind and respectful neighbours. The flat has two bedrooms (one of which is available), two bathrooms, a living room with TV and bike storage, and big kitchen with reading space. There's also a shared garden with benches.

The flat is fully furnished including kitchen equipment, dishwasher, gas hob, fast broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer.
The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, mirror, drawers, and shelves.

Current flatmate is live in landlord (26f) who has lived here for 4 years. I love my social life and regularly have a few friends over for a games night/dinner. The building has a noise curfew of 11pm so wouldn't advise this flat for anyone who plans on having spontaneous parties or late night music.
