We are looking looking for a fourth housemate in our lovely central house!

End of terrace 4-bed house with garden off Edward Street, close to Saint James street.

Spacious room with an east facing window. The room is a good size with more than enough room to fit bed, desk and other amenities, as well as some good hidden storage in the wall.
Option to keep bed.

Open plan kitchen, lounge area leading out through double doors to patio garden. If the garden isn’t enough, we are just over the hill from Queen’s Park! In the other direction, we are a 5 minute walk from the beach. One bathroom on ground floor with corner shower.

House mates;
Three professionals between 22-28. Looking for easygoing, polite housemate to share a home with. We enjoy a wide variety of things - Whether you watch football or play D&D! We generally share the work loads and are generally very socially minded.

Last and by no means least is the dog, who will soon have you wrapped around his little paw. Don’t worry, no costs or extra responsibilities are expected from you.
