Double Room available in House of 4 in Hanover

Looking for someone to fill my double room in a shared house in Hanover Brighton. The room is a good size, with a big window that lets lots of light in and it comes with a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and a desk if needed. There is one newly redone bathroom with a shower and toilet, and one toilet. The living room is a great size and has been nicely decorated with plants and other soft furnishings to give it a very homely feel! Lastly, there is a huge garden with garden furniture, which is great for the summer months!

There are 3 girls ages 21 to 23 living at the house, who are all young professionals. The girls are lovely easy going people who like to cook nice food, chill in the living room and go out for drinks. The girls are keen to meet anyone before agreeing to let the room out. I am looking to fill the room as soon as possible, as I have had to move back to London.

Rent is £563.35 and with bills and council tax if you are not a student, comes to a total of about £660 per month.
