hey everyone, i’ve got a good sized, sunny double bedroom available now very soon in my three bed house on hanover terrace! the current contract is up and i’m the only one renewing, so looking for two new flatmates to share this lovely home.

you would be signing a yearlong contract, and the rooms are available from 9 june so i’m looking for people who can commit by then (although you can of course move in later). the rooms are all £550 per month (mine too), and bills are usually around £100 on top of that.

the house gets loads of sun, it has a shared open kitchen/living room, cute back garden (also sunny), a huge bathroom with shower/bathtub and another smaller toilet. it’s pretty easy to keep clean and no mould! the bedrooms will be mostly unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. there’s also a good amount of shared cookware.

bedroom one: ground floor front room (east facing), unfurnished.

professionals or students welcome. no guarantor needed if in full time employment (references needed from employer and previous landlord)

about me: i’m 24, from the US but i’ve been in brighton a few years, and i work full time from home as a video editor. i’m pretty laid back, not too fussed about noise in the house while i’m working/otherwise. always up for drinks etc. but respect if that’s not your thing too! no preference on gender/occupation/age, just looking for people who are generally considerate of shared spaces. also don’t mind if you want to bring people around (I have friends round sometimes), want the home to continue being a warm/welcoming place.
