As well as myself and student lodger, there are two friendly rescue cats. My student daughter stays occasionally. I am usually out at art studio; experienced with many guests and visitors over the years, and very chilled.
The shared bathroom and separate toilet are on the ground floor. Kitchen/diner has dishwasher and washing machine, table and chairs. The rear garden has a decked area, a side entrance to the garden for bikes.
