1 Double room in 3 bed house £635 bills incl

We have 1 double room available in our 3 bed house from the end of July/beginning of August. Rent might go up depending on the landlord since the bills are included as a lump sum, but we don't have any info on that yet sorry.

It has a shared living room and bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine AND a tumble dryer! As well as a beautiful garden which also has a shed for storage, and a utility room.
In a great location on elm grove (not too far up), close to Lewes Road and town centre.

The room looks out onto the garden and gets loads of light, it comes fully furnished with a desk, bedside table, clothes rack, chest of drawers, in built cupboard and desk chair.

Ideally looking for another girl, we are both 25 year old professionals but older/postgrad students welcome.
We're a close house and we socialise together a lot so would like someone who can join in with that. We have house nights once a week where we catch up and watch tv or films together. Enjoy pubs, after work drinks, going out, board games, fires in the garden, walks, beach etc.
We like enjoying ourselves on the weekends but since we work full time on weeknights we are respectful of each others schedules and commitments (ie no weeknight parties unfortunately). We both work between the office and home so will be around quite a bit as well.
