The house is newly refurbished with a large, airy, well-equipped kitchen, a well-lit living room with TV, and a backyard. Two toilets and one bath are shared among 4 housemates.
You will share with 3 other warm, caring, energetic, and ambitious international master's students. The house is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a preference for women housemates. The house has a great vibe with a good balance of sharing and space.
The location is quite privileged. Close to bus stop (5min walking). Easy access to Universities, city-centre and the beach. 15 min away by walking from Queens Park. 10 minutes walking to Sainsbury's, Aldi and Co-op. Off license is about 3 blocks away :)
I am renting for some days in July and the beginning of August (24 - 29/07) and (31/07 - 3/08). £40 per night.
