Bright and airy flatshare with incredible views!

Heya!

2 Bed highrise flat in central brighton (hanover area) avaliable from the beginning of March. The flat is a nice size, very bright and airy and gives a good view of the city and the sea.

You'll be sharing the flat with my current flat mate, Tim (33), a working professional and coffee connoisseur, who's currently remote working from home & studying at the same time!

Open to any sociable prospective flat mate, looking for a friendly and respectable replacement to make this place their home. A warm vibe is what we’re looking for, so if that’s you, please get in touch!

I’m only moving out into a place with my partner as we’ve recently got engaged and a great opportunity opened up through work that is literally rent free! Too good to miss! That said, Tim really is lovely and a really great guy, and I know a ‘family’ kinda vibe is really important to him, so you’ll still see me around from time to time! 😊

It been important to us to hang out & do things like have meals and play games together and I know Tim wants to find someone that this can continue with! I’ve had so much fun living here and I’m sad to be going, but obviously I’m super excited about the next phase in my life!

So the bedroom is unfurnished but comes with a built in wardrobe and the kitchen is partly furnished with utilities/white goods, including a washing machine, and we’ve added a dishwasher and microwave. The landlord recently installed a new boiler so that’s a bonus 😄

I’m leaving pretty soon as it’s all ended up a bit last minute with work so the room will be potentially be free from March 1st onwards, depending on how long it takes to move!

The boring bits: Council tax band A & bills are not included and they roughly bring it to around £850-900 a month but with utility rates as they are this is only likely to go up!
