Small but Charming: The room is compact but opens onto a large, airy patio.
I updated the furniture, I kept the old photos too, to show the patio.
Quiet: Despite being in the city centre, the flat is very quiet at night.

Ideal Lodger:

Looking for a lodger who is clean and tidy, preferably students or professionals. Shorter stays will be considered, as well. Please do not hesitate to message me.

Rent and Bills:

All-Inclusive: Rent is £650 per month, with a security deposit of £650. Bills (wifi, gas, electric, water) are included.

Smoke-Free and Drug-Free: This is a smoke-free and drug-free home, and we keep it shoes-off inside.

About me: I am an engineer, working as a sales manager. I work hybrid so half the week I am at home, the other half I am at the office or away for business. I am told to be articulated and well mannered. I am sociable but due to the nature of my job, I’d rather decompress and keep it to myself when I am home. I like to cook, watch movies, go for hikes.
